Hi, I'm Whitney Hoffer, wife and busy girl mom of three, Hodgkins Lymphoma survivor, former math teacher turned certified nutrition and fitness coach, who has a passion to help women break up with the quick fix diet culture once and for all. I am here to help women lose the last 10-20 pounds AND get toned without restrictive dieting. Being diagnosed at the age of 30 with cancer while pregnant was something I never expected; however, I believe through life’s challenges, new doors are opened. As someone who struggled with body image and spent my 20s and early 30s always looking for the next quick fix, I understand what it feels like to constantly chase skinny. I am here to help and inspire you, that no matter your age, it is possible to break free from always looking for the next quick fix and start chasing strong and healthy. When your health is on the line, your perspective on what truly matters comes into better focus. In the this podcast, I will share my journey of cancer and how it led me to taking more control of my own health and wellness.
