Our guest this week is Edmond Cotton, a 60-year-young teacher of yoga, who specializes in helpful breathing techniques, postures and transcendental meditation. Born in Trinidad, at the age of fifteen, Edmond moved to Brooklyn, NY where upon entering college he became interested in mindful healing. He has deep rooted philosophies, a stellar conviction and an infectious temperament — all while living a life of balance.
