Randy Cook is a Tidewater Striders Hall of Famer and long time runner in the Hampton Roads community. We talk about his early days of running, his grueling training, and what it was like to be a part of the running boom of the 1970s. Randy had a successful running career before he was sidelined by dual hip surgeries. But Randy battled back and is once again heavily involved in the Tidewater running community.
