We've got a home brewed 'American Pale Ale' which I have aptly named 'Bald Eagle Freedom Ale'. We talk about the recipe, the brewing process, and the carbonation process. We compare this beer to a commercial equivalent in 'Segment 2', and finalise the show in 'Segment 3' by tasting, and guessing the style, and hopefully the brewer, of a commercially brewed craft beer.
