In this episode we spend a few minutes with Mondo’s very own Pat Circelli, a regional recruiting manager on the San Francisco and Los Angeles teams. Pat, who is a Philadelphia native, has been with Mondo for over 5 years,  managing all recruiting activities for the entire West Coast. He is a key member of the team who lives and breathes Mondo’s core values: Mentality, Accountability, and Process, known as MAP.
