Welcome back to the Mondo Minute Leadership Series!
On Oct 1st, Mondo launched its 4th annual BAM campaign earlier this month. BAM, which stands for Burnout Awareness Month, helps raise awareness around burnout in the workplace and its affects on mental health while providing tools for professionals to build mental resiliency. At Mondo, we consider ourselves mental health advocates. Therefore, we partnered with the Inspiring Children Foundation because we align with their mission and values.
Inspiring Children Foundation is a national nonprofit that takes a "whole human approach" to improve at-risk youth's mental, physical, and emotional health. In this week's episode, we sat down with Trenton Alenik, Executive Director of ICF, to discuss how the ICF and Mondo partnership began, while mental health advocacy is at the core of their mission, and how they're addressing the needs of at-risk youths with their innovative programs.
