In this second episode I share how most of us have a toxic self talk going on inside and how we can overcome that negative internal dialogue.

 

In this introduction podcast I talk about how I too have battled this issue and what caused it in me.

 

From my school days and upbringing, I was told I was not good enough, I was laughed at, I was the wall flower at the school dance week after week and I share my epiphany moment, a moment that changed the whole course of my life.

 

Why we have toxic self talk... is a topic that I needed to cover and something that can be used as the cornerstone to build on for a better future for yourself and your family, once you understand what's going on and identify how to stop it..

 

Together we can learn to let go of the past and dare to dream of a better future, a new future of hope and possibility.

 

To change toxic self talk...life doesn't get better by chance it gets better by change.

 

Just like you, I had to let go of the past and choose...was my past going to be my Master or my servant?

This began a journey of self discovery, self empowerment a willingness to learn how to love and accept myself first, before I could live my best life happily to the full.
