Chef Mari Soto of Sweet Ritual Vegan Ice Cream and Steve Nguyen of Whole Foods Market join in on the Austin All Day podcast.  Mari Soto is the director of production and recipe development for Sweet Ritual and Steve is with Regional at Whole Foods in Austin.  Mari is passionate about making a change in the food that it is being offered to consumers as a whole.  Originally she had planned to go into sports medicine but when her grandmother fell sick she changed course and now aims to heal through nutrition.  Mari discusses her time spent with Whole Foods and what led her to where she is today working for Sweet Ritual.  Steve was a surprise guest and it was a pleasure to have him here.  Both guest are in the Whole Foods Market family and Steve was able to add some great insight to the conversation.
