This ep is going to be a little different & is a very short & sweet episode. To flow on from last week's ep all about meditation we wanted to create a short guided meditation to ease you into beginning your meditation journey or to use as a quick energiser throughout your day! Within this practice we focus mainly on our breath and getting comfortable with the concept of meditating. We hope this short meditation invoked some calmness into your day.
