My wife joins me on this episode. Yay! She went to last night's HOA special meeting (I was unable to attend) and the purpose of that special meeting was to discuss the six property management RFP respondents and narrow the group of six down to two. Susan joins me to talk about that meeting, where the six were actually narrowed down to three and those three will be narrowed down to one winner at the next general board meeting.

Speaking of that,

the October general meeting has been rescheduled from Wednesday, October 23 to Wednesday, October 30th due to scheduling conflicts on the board. There will be no HOA board meeting on Wednesday, the 23rd. Please note that change if you were planning to attend.
