This episode begins with our Gemini Touchstone (so much truth here), followed by my amazing conversation with my dear friend and teacher, Elizabeth Traina. Our time flows and heals, as we chat truth around deconstruction and the tools needed to navigate during this time. Elizabeth is a wealth of wisdom and sheds light on the ways we can open up to our full potential. This is such a magical episode!!

About Elizabeth...
Elizabeth is a New York-based visual artist and lightwork practitioner whose creative practices support self-discovery, actualization, and collective prosperity.
Her paintings begin with hand-drawn mathematical formulas of sacred geometric patterns. Her intricate interplay of color transitions and light sources stimulates hypnotic multi-dimensional movement, appealing to the subconscious mind. Elizabeth welcomes you to use her artwork as transcendent meditative instruments. Each piece pairs with a written transmission for deepening contemplation.
In addition to her studio practice, Elizabeth contributes to the intersection of art + mindfulness within social equity and justice movements. She facilitated youth in Oakland and San Francisco and, while in the Bay Area, developed as a community muralist. Elizabeth created the Community Arts Programs for New Orleans 2008 Prospect.1 Biennial and worked for Xavier University Community Arts Department. In 2011, Elizabeth created Art & Consciousness Curriculum and has lead innovative workshops and seminars with the NYC Department of Education, the US Indonesian Embassy, Soho House, and Parsons New School.
Elizabeth expanded her education with training in Transpersonal and Past-life Hypnotherapy, Energy Medicine, and Sound Healing. Currently, she continues her learning through ongoing metaphysical research, paints in her studio in Brooklyn, NYC, and offers custom Lightwork Sessions to clients and groups seeking transformational guidance. Her work reaches the hearts of many, and her large-scale public work beautifies communities globally.
