Tylar Witt and her boyfriend, Steven Colver, murder Tylar's mother, Joanne, and promptly take off for a romantic suicide tour of San Francisco. Quickly captured, Tylar strikes a deal with the District Attorney to testify against Steven. The only trouble is she lies so much, she can't keep the exact story straight while testifying.
