Our guest this week is Sheena Jeffers, founder + leader of WELL. Not only does Sheena help people around the world cross the fear threshold in their personal lives, she also lives it out in real time. From graduating college with a degree in print journalism, to becoming a paralegal at a top 10 law firm, to becoming a Dance School Director, to selling everything and sailing around the world for 2 years, Sheena is now is re-inventing her life once again to take on the Dance world in Colorado. It's safe to say that Sheena is the embodiment of a Free + Brave Life, and we are so lucky to have her joining us this week!
Sheena was recognized by COVABiz's Millennial on the Move for her work creating a dance camp for Mentoring Children of Prisoners, a camp endorsed by Orange is the New Black's Piper Kerman, as well as creating Story Exchange, an ongoing community art project turning shared human experiences into art + written word.
