After a decade long struggle with infertility, Candace Wohl became a mother, through the gift of surrogacy.  Candace and her husband Chris decided that in order to overcome adversity, they must stare it directly in the face with bits of humor, raw honestly and positivity through writing a blog, and thus created their award winning blog, “Our Misconception” in 2012. She shares the journey from that point through today (literally, today!), and you don't want to miss the humor + true-life realness of our conversation!!

Candace and her husband  have been also featured on MTV’s True Life, “I’m Desperate to Have a Baby,” a documentary on couples who struggle with infertility and MTV’s Check Ups and Check Ins. She is also a fierce advocate towards pushing for family building legislation and infertility awareness and is an active volunteer for RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association. Apart from her advocacy work, she also leads a RESOLVE support group, helping couples who are struggling with infertility and miscarriage. She has been featured in Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Women’s Health, Google Blog, O Magazine, The Mighty,  Huffington Post, pregnantish and many other national publications. This week's guest is someone who is truly living out the Free + Brave Life - Beth Berry! Beth is a wife, mom of two amazing kids, natural lifestyle educator, and Bipolar Awareness Advocate. As someone who was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder during her young adult years, Beth strives to be the positive role model that wasn't present for her. Her voice + insight is one of peace, self-awareness, and knowing that you can't do it alone. 

Beth is currently in a good place on her bipolar journey, but she also knows that it is a balance, and that like every good journey, it will have setbacks and forward motions. Our guest this week is Sheena Jeffers, founder + leader of WELL. Not only does Sheena help people around the world cross the fear threshold in their personal lives, she also lives it out in real time. From graduating college with a degree in print journalism, to becoming a paralegal at a top 10 law firm, to becoming a Dance School Director, to selling everything and sailing around the world for 2 years, Sheena is now is re-inventing her life once again to take on the Dance world in Colorado. It's safe to say that Sheena is the embodiment of a Free + Brave Life, and we are so lucky to have her joining us this week!
