Interest rates continue to rise.  California courts rule again that CEQA must consider noise pollution from new housing in California.  The deep state has thrown back the veil.  They don't care who sees that they are the ones who will choose the next President.  It has to be someone beholden to them.  My nine state road trip had one common theme, residents of other states want Californians to go home and quit moving to their state.  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.
