The US Department of Justice has asked California to verify 20,000 voters on it's roles that may not be citizens or eligible to vote.  California said our elections are fine and there is nothing to check.  We won't even bother with looking at your list.  Feature creep has added over $150,000 to the cost of a starter home in California.  Is there any chance California will loosen new home regulations?  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.

California Law requires the ballot language summarizing propostions to be neutral.  This is the nuetral descripion of Proposition 39 which requires voter ID to vote in California.  "PROHIBITS CITIZENS FROM VOTING UNLESS THEY PRESENT GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION"  Yes, a California judge ruled that this is nuetral language.   Will borrowing $25 billion dollars to loan to families making over $120,000 a year and in some cases over $400,000 a year more affordable?  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.
