If you are one of those people that really struggle with either giving or receiving gifts, this episode is for you.
I don't believe in obligatory gift-giving. I believe in finding the alignment in the action. I don't believe in waste.
I believe that if we look at this time of year as an opportunity to show those that we care about in a way that is more aligned with both us and the people around us, we can let go of a lot of the "shoulds", the stress, the guilt, the exhaustion, that we associate with the season.
This episode comes at the process of gift-giving from the perspective of doing some personal mindset work in conjunction with understanding the concepts taught in Gary Chapman's trademarked 5- Love Language teachings.
It's a short one. I jumped up on my soapbox.
I hope it helps you find more joy for yourself instead of feeling the pressure of having to provide it this Holiday season.
