welcome back to Caitlin, my life and I!

This weeks episode is all about awakening your inner child. Because, guess what, we did a paint night. Well, it was a paint and wine night to be honest, but I mean, we are grown ups now, so wine is okey. 

Anyhow, just painting with watercolours and glitter was so much fun! And I'm not talking about some fancy painting to hang on your living room wall. I'm talking about super basic what-ever-you-feel-like-painting 3rd-grade-art-class stuff. What a pleasure it was! And it made me think about other things I used to enjoy doing as a kid. 

I feel like nowadays, we are so stuck in our grown up hustle life. Work, money, life admin, making important decisions. Wouldn't it be nice to be a kid everyone once in a while and just have fun? Of course this doesn't just involve painting and crafting, it could be what ever you used to enjoy doing! Another one of my fun things to do used to be to dangle upside down from any kind of trapeze, pole, etc. And I would totally do that nowadays, too! I mean, why not?! 

What did you used to enjoy doing as a kid? And have you thought about giving it another go and having a good laugh? Well, this is your sign to do so and to break out of your day-to-day life as a grown up!
