A little about my guest...
"Ellen Wong (cofounder of We Are All Daughters. and the Woo Knew? Podcast) is a certified breathwork and Quantum Journey guide based in Downtown Los Angeles and Idyllwild, California.

In April 2018, Ellen made the leap from her career as an executive creative director in digital marketing to co-create We Are All Daughters., a "soul-care" company devoted to educating and inspiring professional womxn to reconnect to their body, mind and spirit through aromatherapy tools and reflective rituals that support spiritual embodiment. In August 2019, the podcast Woo Knew? was launched and follows the creators’ transformational journeys as they explore the world of alternative healing.

That same month, Ellen became a certified Breathwork guide. She merges breathwork with her background in art and music, her shamanic healing studies, and work with entheogenic plant medicines to create a unique practice that incorporates breathwork, guided visualization/shamanic journeying, and freeform movement.

With her life practice and offerings, she acknowledges with gratitude the Tongva and Cahuilla Nations – the first peoples of the Lands upon which she resides, the Ancestors of these Lands, and her own ancestral family lines extending to Taiwan and China."
