Reflections on how Lake Effect Co approached EARTH DAY (LIFE), how a sense of urgency kills joy, and how it all comes back to gratitude. 

I didn't really complete my thoughts around urgency, but I would suggest asking / looking around in your life - where are you placing urgency on things that don't matter to you, frustrate you, or create a sense of dis-ease in your being? How can you interrupt those patterns?
