I discuss 5 mind traps that will STOP us from becoming this version of ourselves.

These mind traps primarily come from the diet culture.

But they can also come from our upbringing or past experiences and memories of food. 

These mind traps show up as biased perspectives, negative filters, or irrational thoughts and beliefs…

...that fuel our discomfort and anxiety around food...

...and make us feel bad about ourselves and our eating.
