Over the past few decades, Pittsburgh has diversified its economy from one reliant on heavy industries to a hub for higher education, health care, and financial services. Mayor Peduto discusses governing during COVID-19, the Marshall Plan for Middle America, and what lies ahead for our region: “We will lose 100,000 jobs in the energy sector if we do nothing.”
