The Old Charleston Jail is easily one of the most haunted buildings in all of South Carolina. From the United States' first woman serial killer to an unsuccessful pirate, there is a whole cast of spirits said to still occupy the jail. Beware, there's an entity that loves to scratch women and children! It's safe to say, WE won't be going there anytime soon!
