Savannah, Georgia is known as the city built on the dead. With a history filled with war, disease, and death, it’s no wonder that it’s home to many ghost stories and a lot of spirits. There are countless haunted locations from Colonial Park Cemetery to the historic Savannah Theatre. We recently got to explore Savannah and do a couple paranormal investigations. Heaven’s Gate was founded in 1974 by 2 leaders, commonly known as Ti and Do. The group spanned 24 years, and had over 200 people pass through as members. Tragically, on March 22nd, 1997, 39 members participated in a mass suicide, believing they were following Ti and Do into the afterlife.

The Salem Witch Trials began in spring of 1692 and lasted an entire year. Over 150 people were accused of witchcraft during that year, and ultimately 19 people were executed. Evidence of witchcraft included third nipples, having a pet, and teenage girls "having weird dreams". Oh... and Salem is still haunted to this day.

In 2010, 24 year old Phoebe Handsjuk 

24 year old Phoebe Handsjuk was known as a cheeky, creative, and vibrant woman, but in 2010, her life was tragically cut short. On December 2, she was found in the garbage room of her luxury apartment complex - seemingly having fallen down the garbage chute. Although police decided her death was likely a suicide, a plethora of strange evidence presents reason to doubt that Phoebe put herself in that chute.

On the night of June 12, 1994, Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman were found dead outside of Nicole’s condo. Due to their tumultuous relationship, OJ Simpson, Nicole’s ex-husband, was quickly named the prime suspect. This infamous case is widely debated regarding if OJ Simpson was guilty still to this day.

In July of 2015, 21-year-old Lauren Agee went to Center Hill Lake in Tennessee for an event called WakeFest with her friend. After a weekend spent partying, Lauren was found dead in the water on Sunday afternoon. With a plethora of questionable injuries and Lauren's "friends" acting strangely about her death, Lauren's family is still fighting for answers.

In 1998, 23 year old Amy Lynn Bradley boarded a cruise to Curacao with her family. After a night full of dancing with her brother and a few interesting interactions with members of the ship's crew, Amy seemingly disappeared from the ship. The crew refused to make an announcement of her disappearance, and failed to search private rooms. Now, over 20 years and a handful of disturbing apparent sightings later, Amy Lynn Bradley has still never been found.
