We all feel low, sad and experience at least mild depression sometimes, but if these feelings are intense and interferes with a person's daily activities and quality of life, then the individual may be suffering from depression.
On this episode, I have the privilege of hosting my guest Dr Emmanuel Okoro. Dr Okoro is a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist and an associate Medical Director with the North East London NHS Trust. He is also a Pastoral surgery lead at his local church - London Riverside Church. He is married to his beautiful wife Florence with three lovely children.
