This episode we are talking about "speaking life" vs. "speaking death." We get into it with some of our personal experiences and what's currently going on in our lives. There are dozens of places in the Word that talk about how we should speak and there is science backed data that shows the effect negative thinking and speech has on things like our self-esteem and perception of life.

The enemy uses the words we say out loud against us and often times it's the very words we speak that turn a little foothold into a stronghold. It's time to break that stuff off in Jesus name and start speaking life, love, and truth over ourselves and everyone around us.
