I’m simultaneously terrified and ecstatic to turn 24.

This past year has been filled with tears, celebration, hard lessons and TONS of growth. Since personal growth and development are so important to me I thought I’d take some time to give you a glimpse into some of my growth over the last 12 months.

In this episode, I’m sitting down to record three of the biggest lessons I’ve learned at every twist and turn of year 23. I’m getting, honest, vulnerable, and pumped up about the three of the things that most impacted me in this last year of life.
