When is it ok to say those three very small but very significant words?  

These very simple words can have us all tied up in a tizz and wondering if its ok to say them, or if they're not said or reciprocated, we can get into an even bigger tizz about that.  

When is the right time to share an expression of our love for someone, and what does that even mean anyway? These are some big questions.
