Nicole is an INCREDIBLE teacher based in LA who I began to follow because of Mobility. In 2018 we started following each other on IG and I do have to say it kind of felt like love at first girl crush site! She was SO SMART about movement I reached out in her DM”s and asked if I should take a mobility training and that was 2019 and the rest was history. There are some great nuggets about the path that began to lead me away from a traditional yoga practice in this interview and some genuine moments of connection in our convo.
