Hugo's has been cooking here in Shanghai nearly 12 years, since the expo! And since then he has worked on projects like El Bodegon and currently at Latin Land with the Shanghai Brewhouse group. As a BJJ blue belt, Hugo somehow manages to relate a lot of life lessons to jujitsu.
