Newsom (who is not running for President) is travelling to Israel and China next week.  In Israel he is going to broker a peace deal between Hamas and Israel.  In China he is going to convince the CCP to stop using coal and petroleum products so that together China and California can save the world.  A new California law will allow any residential property in California to be converted into a condominium and sold off separately from the main parcel.
