The city of Sacramento is renovating a hotel for the homeless at a cost of over $2300 per square foot!  Brightline has final approvals to begin construction on High Speed rail from Los Angeles to Las Vegas.  It will be built at one third the cost of the state run train to nowhere in the valley and be complete in just a few years as opposed to decades.  Interest rates are slowly coming down but are still above 7% for a 30 year mortgage.  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.
