Guest: Carol Allred Topic: A Survivor of Narcissistic Abuse Shares What to Watch For 

Background: This is her own experience of going through a classic, traumatic narcissistic discard and not having any idea what she was dealing with. Carol states she is not an expert.  Carol refers to herself as an educated layperson. Altogether she was with the narcissist for 15 years. Living with it, and then 5yrs studying it and educating people about it through her Facebook profile.
