I think most consciously aware humans would like to be in higher states of energy more of the time but in the real world it’s not always easy, maybe if you lived on a desert island but peopling is f/cking hard at times!

I know its definitely something I am working on, getting into higher flows is easy but staying there while playing in the 3d realm is 100% one of my soul lessons.
