Richard is co-founder and director of Hexagon Health Ltd, he is a certified lifestyle medicine physician, occupational physician, GP and has dedicated his career to improving the health and well-being of others.

His passion for promoting healthy lifestyles has led him to study the causes of lifestyle diseases and to treat them using a lifestyle approach rather than relying solely on conventional medical or pharmacological methods.

In this episode we discuss everything from starting the business to the expansion and taking on of team members. We discuss Richard’s advice to his early entrepreneurial self and the need for persistence, sacrifice and faith in the process.
