Very excited to share episode 22 with you where I had the opportunity to interview the Head Coach of Central Washington University, Chris Fisk.  Coach Fisk is someone that I've known for roughly three years and he is doing great things at my alma mater!  He is someone that I respect greatly and someone who has offered me many opportunities to give back to a university that provided me so much!  

Today, we learn about the life of a head coach and also about the life of how to stay present with such a demanding job.  Coach Fisk shares simple nuggets of wisdom that is easy to put into action immediately:
