In this episode I am sharing my tips and tools that can help you to start speaking up for yourself and what's important to you in your relationships wether this be romantic relationships or friendships, colleagues or family members.
The framework that I share can apply to any sort of relationships and we've all had experiences where we leave a conversation and then think of everything that we wanted to say afterwards when it may be too late.
This is because you are not connected to your body or your breath during the conversation and then afterwards you re-connect and everything comes rushing back to you organically and you know exactly what you 'should have' said.
This is the frame of mind that you want to be in when you are needing to have a tough conversation or when you want to express your feelings or needs.
When you are connected to your body, you are speaking from your heart and it is easier for you to be able to stay centred and calm.
