In recent years we have seen a marked change in the landscape of treatment for endometrial cancer.
This has been driven by understanding the different molecular subtypes of endometrial cancer.
POLE - with an excellent prognosis
MMR deficient - with good prognosis and option for immunotherapy
No Specific molecular profile - intermediate outcome and work still to be done
P53 mutant - with a poorer outcome
