After a long hiatus the podcast returns with one of our favorite guests.  Robert Camp is a retired Army SGT 1st class.  He is owner of Crossfit Vex in Grand Junction, CO.  Robert Camp is also one of the best humans I know and we have a great conversation on the return podcast in his backyard!  First show on the road....First show outdoors and first show that was gonna have video until it died.
