This new edition in my Sophisticated Morning series is extremely special to me (and I hope it will be to you too). If you've been following me long enough or if you know me well then you'll know that I look at my musical endeavors as much more than me just serving beats to people wanting to party. I think of my music as serving a greater purpose so I go out of my way to have my music deliver messaging, whether it be consciously or subconsciously. Interestingly enough there are several songs on this edition that found me; I didn't find them. The words were so specific to this moment in my life that I was almost bewildered that they could have come to me exactly when they did. That being said...please, PLEASE listen closely to the words on this edition. Some are songs that spoke to me at this moment in my life and some are my love songs to you, my friend. I would be remiss if I let this moment pass and not say thank you to many of you who love me and supported me through the last couple of months. I always knew there was a special bond between us...but I gained an even greater understanding of that bond through this moment in life. Thank you for the love that you showered me with and the support you gave me when I needed it most.
