As Mums, we can't do everything. The diet culture has led us to believe we should be perfect and when that's not possible we are a failure. I do have a little rage and discuss something that has made my blood boil in this one but hopefully the important message is to stop striving for perfection, drop the all or nothing mindset and embrace imperfection.
