Just before midnight on a Friday in 1946, a nightmare began for the town of Texarkana. An unknown man began attacking couples parked on secluded roads, and after three months, five people would be dead. The Phantom Killer was never caught, but the murders inspired urban legends and movies, and the infamy of the "Moonlight Murders" still lingers around Texarkana to this day.
