8 year old Relisha Rudd was last seen on March 1, 2014 in Washington DC. No one looked for Relisha until after she had been missing for weeks and she was failed by so many people and organizations in her life.  No one has seen or heard from her since she disappeared, but a missing persons case remains open today.
