This week we are joined by renowned chef Bryan Voltaggio and Fourscore Beer Company's head brewer, Ben Little, to discuss a beer we collaborated on that was inspired by a dessert from Showroom (a restaurant in Frederick, Md). We also discussed Bryan's career, food and beer, as well as beer in general. The beer will be released on Saturday 5/15 at the brewery as well as Showroom and District East.
