Some beliefs empower us—like believing we can grow, learn, and overcome challenges. Others limit us, creating invisible barriers through thoughts such as “I’m not good enough” or “I always fail.” Many of these beliefs are formed early in life through family messages, school experiences, peers, and moments that left a lasting impression.

The key is learning to recognise which beliefs truly belong to you and which ones were absorbed from others. Once identified, limiting beliefs can be challenged and reframed into more empowering ones.
