Dear Friends
A very warm welcome to this week’s Sunday Online at Encounter Vineyard and a very happy St. David’s Day for all those who are Welsh! Thank you for joining us. We do hope and pray that you enjoy being part of our online worshipping community.
This weekend marks another turning of the page in 2026 as we begin March and as we come to the second Sunday in Lent. Lent is the season that invites us to - pay attention again, to wake up to God and to clear space. To pay attention to where our hearts may have drifted and to gently return to the One who has never drifted from us.
We are also continuing in our new series ‘Awaken’ where we are exploring what it means to awaken our faith, our prayers, our hope and our expectancy. Today, Mark is speaking on ‘Preparing for a Miracle’ as we meet a woman who had suffered for twelve years and yet dared to believe that one touch of Jesus could change everything. In the middle of the crowd, in the middle of disappointment and delay, she reaches out — and finds not only healing, but tenderness, dignity and restoration.
We really hope you enjoy worshipping with us this weekend and that you are blessed, strengthened and renewed for the challenges of the week ahead.
