We're kicking off Season 3: Colour, with one of the titans in the design industry. Arent&Pyke is a Sydney-based interior design studio formed by Juliette Arent and Sarah-Jane Pyke in 2007. Since their inception, Arent&Pyke and gone on to be one of the leaders and trendsetters for interior design, with a multi-award winning practice and an authenticity to their design ethos.

We chat with principal Sarah-Jane Pyke, following her story from her upbringing in Sydney to tackling design school and making her way through the industry. We explore what it's like working in a partnership with Juliette and how decisions are made in the practice. With a focus on colour this season, we talk about how clever wording can sometimes get a client over the line with it comes to making choices with colour, is it turmeric or is it mustard that might seal the deal? We also discuss the relationships you build with clients and how important it is to design a home for someone.
