There is nothing more isolating than the feeling of disconnection. That feeling of being alone whilst in the middle of a crowded room? That's loneliness. 

We've all been there at some stage or another and it sucks, right? 

So, in today's episode, I chat about some recent insights I've had into the reasons behind why we feel loneliness. I discuss the three types of loneliness that you can experience, courtesy of Dr Vivek Murthy. Most importantly, I discuss what you can do to stop feeling lonely and start feeling connected!
