Today we are doing things a little differently on the podcast. Marusya and I have noticed that a lot of you are feeling weighed down by what’s happening in the world right now. And so, it’s no wonder that many of our clients and listeners are telling us they’ve never felt so unsettled or unsafe.

So, to help you find your inner balance, we’ve put together a beautiful meditation called “I Am Safe”. This guided morning meditation invites you to remember that safety, peace, and stability are already within you. By slowing the breath and softening into awareness, you release tension and awaken the quiet strength that lives beneath the surface of every inhale and exhale.

Through nature-inspired imagery, soft voice guidance, and mindful breathing, this practice helps you attune to the rhythm of the Earth-steady, nurturing, and unshakably safe. Whether you’re preparing for a busy day ahead, moving through change, or simply needing a moment of calm before the world stirs awake, this meditation gently reminds you: you are safe, you are supported, and you are home in your body.

To get the best from this we suggest you find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed for around about ten minutes or so. Once you’ve done that, put on your favourite pair of headphones and simply enjoy this time for yourself.
