Do you ever wonder what other twin moms have to say about things that affect their day to day life? Well, there was a survey on the state of motherhood conducted by the online parenting resource Motherly. Now, twin moms weren't separately polled but the results were staggering.
In this episode, Dr. Dee discusses the need for twin mamas to make a change particularly in the areas of self care, interpersonal connection, and career which will reduce the overall feeling of burnout.
We can do more to:
1. create the flexibility we want in our work (covid showed us this is absolutely possible)
2. carve out the time for ourselves consistently
3. have time to connect or reconnect with our partners
4. get creative with finding our tribe
